As Treasury Analyst, you will play a central role in safeguarding the company’s liquidity, supporting growth, and professionalising treasury operations across the group. Cash Management & Banking Operations
You will take ownership of daily treasury operations and act as a key contact point for both internal and external stakeholders:
- Manage daily cash positions and liquidity forecasts, ensuring optimal availability of funds across the group
- Prepare, organise, and supervise all payment activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Manage the group’s bank accounts, including openings/closures and maintenance of banking mandates and authorisations
- Act as primary point of contact for relationship banks on operational treasury matters
- Monitor and follow up on intercompany loans and manage the corporate credit card programme
- Proactively identify anticipated cash surpluses and shortfalls, and propose well‑reasoned actions to optimise liquidity
- Issue and manage bank guarantees in line with business needs
- Monitor bank fees and conditions, and actively contribute to cost optimisation
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the group’s treasury structure and processes
Treasury Reporting & Compliance
You will contribute to the transparency, quality, and robustness of treasury reporting:
- Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve treasury reporting, including:
- Outstanding borrowings and debt maturity schedules
- Off‑balance‑sheet commitments
- Covenant monitoring and reporting
- Cash pooling positions and interest calculations
- Financial income and charges
- Support compliance with internal treasury policies and external banking requirements
Projects & Process Improvement
Beyond daily operations, you will be actively involved in shaping the future treasury setup:
- Contribute to treasury‑related projects and process improvements, such as:
- Selection and implementation of a centralised Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Implementation or optimisation of factoring and other working capital solutions
- Assist in the development, documentation, and roll‑out of treasury policies and procedures
- Liaise closely with Accounting and IT to resolve technical issues and continuously improve ways of working

Profile
- You have a master’s degree in finance, such as commercial engineering, TEW, or similar.
- You have initial relevant work experience in treasury management, corporate banking, audit, financial controlling, or a similar position.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and also have knowledge of French.
