Ambition and determination as a driving force
Ibe Baelde, 19 years old and Belgian junior triathlon champion as well as vice-European champion in the Junior Cup, is already building an impressive track record at a young age. His focus and work ethic have propelled him to the top of his sport, and just as he continuously improves himself, we encourage our XPRTs to excel in their respective fields.

Our collaboration with Ibe goes beyond athletic achievements. His discipline and determination to become better every day inspire us to apply the same mindset in our daily work.

As an ambassador for the Pollet Group XPRT program, Ibe embodies the same drive that motivates us. Just as he constantly takes on new challenges, we push ourselves to new heights – soon also during the triathlon in Kortrijk in June 2025.
