At Hemotech, a specialist in hemodialysis and extracorporal treatments, we are looking for a Project Manager for medical water treatments to bridge the gap between sales and technical teams. You will ensure projects run smoothly from A to Z – from design to implementation – and act as the main point of contact for clients, installers, and internal teams.
What does your job entail?
- Act as the link between our sales and technical teams, providing on-site customer support and assisting with quotations.
- Take charge of project planning and execution, including cost estimation, drawings, calculations, and designs.
- Coordinate our in-house installers and subcontractors, while also assisting them with urgent interventions (including on-site support).
- Work on public tenders, lead site visits, and present products to potential customers.
- Oversee installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of our medical equipment.
- You are the central point of contact for the customer (doctors, nurses, technicians, etc.) and provide them with regular technical feedback. To assist them effectively, you stay up to date with the latest technological developments. You maintain a professional attitude, earning their trust and guiding them through our projects.
- Collaborate closely with various departments (back-office, sales, etc.) to ensure top-quality service for our clients.
- Maintain constant coordination with different teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Profile
- You have project management experience and hold either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or biomedical field. Experience in our industry—or with other medical devices—is a significant advantage.
- You have strong affinity with electrical systems, pneumatics, mechanics, automation, and industrial software (training on our equipment will be provided). Knowledge of AutoCAD is a major advantage.
- You are a team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset and know how to set the right priorities.
- You have excellent organisational and communication skills in Dutch, French and English and know how to enthuse people about our products
- You put the customer first. You are customer-oriented and effortlessly maintain professional relationships.
- You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work across Belgium.
- You are driven, flexible and ready to take on new challenges.
