What does your job entail?
- You form the link between our representatives and field service engineers with on-site customer support and sacrificial support.
- You are responsible for the (cost) planning and execution of projects, including the preparation of drawings, calculations, designs, etc.
- You support the installers during urgent interventions (also on site). In doing so, you are responsible for the installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of our medical equipment at the customer’s site.
- You are the central point of contact for customers (doctors, nurses, etc.), technicians and representatives. You assist them with technical feedback on a regular basis.
- You coordinate closely with various departments and always keep safety and quality regulations in mind.
Profile
- You have at least some experience as a project engineer or field service engineer, where you were involved in the implementation and installation of projects. Experience in medical devices and/or industrial water is definitely a plus!
- You have a strong affinity with electricity, pneumatics, mechanics, automation and industrial software (training on our equipment is provided).
- Ideally, you are proficient in AutoCAD.
- You are a team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and know how to set the right priorities.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English and manage to convey technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
- You always put the customer first, understand their needs and expectations, and ensure smooth and customer-focused collaboration.
- You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work all over Belgium.
- You are driven, flexible and ready to take on new challenges.
