- Following up on and administratively processing changes in employee data
- Monitoring the proper functioning of the time registration system and handling any anomalies.
- Managing employee-related insurance matters (e.g. reporting claims)
- Approving temporary agency work hours and checking invoices
- Supporting and administratively assisting with the onboarding of new colleagues, including preparing employment contracts and taking care of the related HR administration.
- Ensuring the correct and timely administrative processing of departures.
You manage the entire fleet:
An important part of your role is coordinating our fleet.
You keep an overview of our company cars and ensure that everything runs correctly, both administratively and practically.
Your key responsibilities:
- Managing and administratively processing the entire vehicle lifecycle, including new vehicles, vehicle changes, returns and temporary vehicles.
- Coordinating insurance files, claims management and the administrative follow-up of all fleet-related changes.
- Ensuring the timely and correct handling of charging cards, fuel cards, technical inspections and other fleet documentation.
- Acting as the central point of contact for external fleet partners and ensuring optimal cooperation.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing to the optimisation of fleet administration.
