- Provide product training to healthcare professionals and guide them in the use of our equipment, using role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos or lectures.
- Organising and supervising additional training sessions and demos.
- Develop manuals and training materials (such as videos, presentations and handouts)
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of training programmes
- Build long-term cooperation and partnership with hospitals
- Support the account managers in the sales process as a ‘product specialist’
- Provide sales presentations and product demonstrations to existing and potential customers
- Monitor and share industry trends and innovations with the marketing team
- Strengthen our company’s visibility and reputation at events
Profile
- You have a nursing degree.
- Preferably, you have experience as a dialysis nurse, and experience as an application specialist is a strong plus.
- You preferably have knowledge of hospital organizations, including their structure, processes, and procedures.
- Flexibility is in your DNA: you easily adapt your schedule where needed.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, with knowledge of English being a plus.
- You are communicatively strong, clear, and convincing. You smoothly engage healthcare staff about our products.
- You think creatively and enjoy looking for innovative solutions.
- You are an independent and professional team player.
- You have excellent organizational skills and are able to work efficiently on projects and set priorities.
- You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work throughout Belgium.
