About the job
As a Junior Business & IT Consultant, you will play a key role in the digital transformation journey of the Pollet Group. You will make a significant contribution to the implementation of Dynamics 365 and actively participate in its rollout across the Group’s various business units. Throughout this journey, you will be guided by experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities :
- Together with the Business Process Owners (BPOs), you will support the transition of our sister companies to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will help gather all required information, configure the systems, and execute data migrations. You will work closely with sister companies, BPOs, and business analysts. You are critical, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work. In addition, you will support the BPOs with operational and project-related tasks, allowing them to focus on process optimization and change management.
- You will create training materials and provide training to key users and end users. You will participate in testing new software releases and translate system changes into clear, user-friendly documentation for our sister companies. You are comfortable interacting with others, can communicate complex topics in a structured and concise manner, and know how to explain concepts effectively to colleagues. You will guide users through the transition from existing systems to Dynamics 365 and support them in adopting new processes and ways of working.
- During go-live phases, you will be responsible for cut-over migrations and on-site go-live support. You remain calm under pressure, are patient, and can effectively prioritize tasks. You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed. During these periods, you will regularly visit our companies both in Belgium and abroad to support users throughout the hypercare phase.
- After the hypercare phase, you will continue supporting key users.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the configured solution aligns seamlessly with business requirements.

Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in a business-oriented and analytical field, such as Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- You are willing to travel regularly within Europe.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is not required. Your eagerness to learn and commitment are more important to us.

Pollet Group has operations in 17 countries and is active in 3 segments: the water treatment sector, the swimming pool industry and the medical industry. Pollet Water Group combines 30 companies active in water treatment. Pollet Pool Group covers the pool builder market with 9 distribution companies and 2 manufacturers. Pollet Medical Group consists of 6 medical oriented companies. Together the group has about 2000 employees. Our IT department provides worldwide support to all companies of the Pollet Group. This includes also the implementation of the new ERP-software (MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM), a new CRM (MS Dynamics CRM), the set-up of mobile applications, specific customized software, etc. The Pollet IT team has a total of about 30 employees, operates from Bissegem and Waregem and joins forces in the IT organization.
