WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a varied role in our sales department’s back office:
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers, the swimming pool builders, and will act as the face of the company.
- You will process orders and track them from start to finish in the ERP system (Axapta).
- You will answer questions about current orders, delivery times and stock levels. You will do this both by email and by telephone.
- You will keep accurate records of any back orders.
- You have commercial acumen and put the customer first.
- You will meticulously perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing webshop orders or creating customer accounts in the ERP system.
- You will work closely with colleagues from other departments, such as the Sales Managers, technical colleagues, purchasing or accounting.
- You will take the company to the next level through your dedication, motivation and sense of responsibility.
Profile

- You are naturally driven, accurate and a problem solver.
- You are not afraid of technical products.
- You have strong communication skills and can maintain excellent professional relationships with customers. The customer is your priority!
- You are able to switch gears quickly, set priorities and multitask. Even during busy periods, you know how to maintain an overview.
- The spring and summer months are the busiest in our business. You take this into account in terms of workload and staffing.
- You are a real team player and follow team agreements closely, but you can also work independently.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. French and/or German is a plus.
- You have a good knowledge of the common Microsoft packages and ideally you have already worked with an ERP system.
- Preferably, you have some initial work experience in an administrative job with customer contact.
