- Relevant training or experience within Electricity/Electromechanics
- Hands-on mentality and thinking along with the team/customer to avoid repetitive problems
- Working efficiently and keeping an overview, even during busy times such as the summer season
- Willingness to continuously educate yourself and put the customer first
- Able to work independently after the necessary training, but also willing to work in a team
- Fluent communication in Dutch and good knowledge of English
