As a Logistics Operation XPRT, you play a crucial role in our logistics operations.
Your responsibilities include:

Inbound Planning: You determine where and when deliveries take place, coordinating with operations for capacity and with purchasing/sales for priority. If needed, you create goods receipt notes in the ERP system and link them to the WMS.

WMS User: You act as the back-up for the logistics control tower and the operational side of the WMS (Dynaman). Over time, you’ll become familiar with the database, be able to export data, and use it—for example, to evaluate carriers or assign goods to the correct pick locations.

Complaint Handling: You work closely with Customer Service, analyze complaints, and take the necessary actions, both towards operations and transport partners.

You also act as a back-up for your colleagues in the following areas:

Based on sales orders, you contact our preferred carriers to request transport. You ask for quotes and availability.

When needed, you take care of all export documentation (customs documents, purchase invoices, certificates of origin, etc.) and ensure a smooth follow-up of the administrative flow.

You welcome drivers and customers with a smile.

You create goods receipt notes in our ERP system and link them in the WMS.

You support the processing of returns.

Administration: You help process transport invoices.

Teamwork and strong communication are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with colleagues within the logistics department as well as with other departments. You can count on support, but your expertise will also be relied upon to help strengthen the team.
Profile
Your curiosity and eagerness to understand complex logistics flows truly define you. Ideally, you bring prior experience from a logistics environment.
You show strong commitment, aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, and think along with the business.

You are comfortable working with various IT systems (such as ERP, WMS, and Excel).

You have a structured, detail-oriented approach and keep a clear head even in chaotic situations.

You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking. While Dutch is our main language, you’re comfortable interacting with people from different language backgrounds and know how to make yourself understood using the right tools.
Our Offer
- We offer you a full-time position in which You will work 40 hours per week. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:30am- 5pm (with a half-hour lunch break).
