Functional Analyst
About the job
As a Functional Analyst you play a crucial role from within IT in the analysis, implementation and management of IT Projects within the Pollet Group. Initially it concerns IT Projects ikv our CRM solution as well as projects on top of or next to our ERP applications.
- You lead the IT projects from A to Z: from the collection gathering the requirements from the business, the
drawing up the functional analysis, the follow-up of the realization, the testing of the solution to the effective implementation in collaboration with the internal project team and/or the external partners. Also aftercare and adjustments are part of the scope. - You are responsible for the planning and management of the IT projects. You ensure a clear structure in the
different phases of the projects. You monitor the quality quality, timing and budget accurately through
a thorough project plan. - You roll out the projects in the various branches of the group in consultation with management, IT colleagues and the various key users.
- You identify bottlenecks and take action where necessary.
- You support the support team (second line) fo
- All functional questions from end users concerning operation and use of new features and optimizations.
- You report to the Application Manager.
Profile
- You combine a higher education with relevant experience in project management of IT
implementations. Preferably of CRM systems. - You have already taken the lead for this in cooperation with Sales & Finance.
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills
- You are familiar with setting up new projects and balancing between
various user expectations and capabilities. - You are flexible and can realistically assess what is is effectively urgent and/or important.
- You have a pragmatic attitude and thrive in a dynamic and growing business context
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.

About the company
Pollet Group has operations in 17 countries and is active in 3 segments: the water treatment sector, the swimming pool industry and the medical industry. Pollet Water Group combines 30 companies active in water treatment. Pollet Pool Group covers the pool builder market with 9 distribution companies and 2 manufacturers. Pollet Medical Group consists of 6 medical oriented companies. Together the group has about 2000 employees. Our IT department provides worldwide support to all companies of the Pollet Group. This includes also the implementation of the new ERP-software (MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM), a new CRM (MS Dynamics CRM), the set-up of mobile applications, specific customized software, etc. The Pollet IT team has a total of about 30 employees, operates from Bissegem and Waregem and joins forces in the IT organization.
