Your role
You’ll assist with day-to-day HR activities and ensure flawless administration:

- drafting employment contracts and other HR documents, and making updates to our HR systems.
- monitoring and checking time recording and any anomalies.
- managing staff-related insurance (e.g. reporting claims).
- approving temporary staff invoices and checking invoices.
- supporting the onboarding of new colleagues by drawing up contracts and handling all HR administration.
- ensuring the correct administrative processing of resignations.
You are the first point of contact for a wide range of HR enquiries and ensure that colleagues receive prompt and accurate assistance.
You will manage the entire fleet
A key part of your role involves coordinating our vehicle fleet.
You will maintain an overview of lease cars and company cars and ensure that everything runs smoothly, both administratively and in practice.
You:
- are responsible for the complete management of the fleet, including new vehicles, vehicle replacements, returns and temporary vehicles.
- coordinate insurance files, claims management and the administrative follow-up of all fleet-related changes.
- are responsible for applying for and following up on charging cards, fuel cards, roadworthiness tests and other fleet documentation.
- act as the central point of contact for external fleet partners and ensure smooth collaboration.
- identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the optimisation of fleet administration and associated processes, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
