As an HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic sounding board for management and a trusted advisor for our XPRTs. You oversee all HR processes and know exactly how to translate HR policy into practice, with attention to both people and the organization. In this role, you report to our HR Manager.

You advise and support managers on HR-related topics (e.g. recruitment, performance, development, absenteeism, etc.).

Together with the Recruitment XPRT, you ensure a high-quality selection of new XPRTs and guarantee a smooth onboarding process. You also follow up to ensure that new XPRTs can thrive and grow in their roles.

You develop and implement HR policies that contribute to our strategic goals.

You initiate and guide change management processes within your departments.

You identify trends within the organization and translate them into concrete HR actions.

You collaborate closely with colleagues from Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll.
Profile
- With your Master’s degree, hands-on mentality, and HR Business Partner experience, you’re ready to take on this adventure as a sparring partner for both management and employees.
- You bring several years of experience in recruitment and selection, along with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner. Experience in talent development is a plus.
- You are both solution-oriented and service-minded, with a clear, pragmatic, and advisory approach. Your people-centered and trustworthy nature helps you achieve impactful results.
- Thanks to your authentic communication style and empathy, you act as a trusted confidant for both management and staff.
You can operate across all levels of the organization, collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate the discretion this role requires. - You communicate fluently in Dutch and English — and you’re not afraid to speak French either.
Your main office is in Waregem, but you’ll also visit our different business units on-site.
