As an HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic sounding board for management and a trusted advisor for our XPRTs. You oversee all HR processes and know exactly how to translate HR policy into practice, with attention to both people and the organization. In this role, you report to our HR Manager.
You advise and support managers on HR-related topics (e.g. recruitment, performance, development, absenteeism, etc.).
Together with the Recruitment XPRT, you ensure a high-quality selection of new XPRTs and guarantee a smooth onboarding process. You also follow up to ensure that new XPRTs can thrive and grow in their roles.
You develop and implement HR policies that contribute to our strategic goals.
You initiate and guide change management processes within your departments.
You identify trends within the organization and translate them into concrete HR actions.
You collaborate closely with colleagues from Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll.
