As a B2B E-commerce Marketeer, you will guide our international distribution companies through the entire process — from webshop setup to growth and optimization. You are hands-on, business-minded, and skilled at translating group objectives into local actions. Acting as the key link between marketing, IT, support, and the local companies, you ensure a smooth rollout and follow-up of our B2B webshops.
Your Responsibilities
- Support B2B distribution companies in setting up, launching, and optimizing webshops.
- Actively test webshops, propose improvements, and share best practices within the group.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, mailings, and automation projects with a business-first mindset.
- Stay closely connected with local companies, IT Applications, IT Support, and external partners — channeling and following up on requests.
- Provide regular progress reports to the B2B Water steering committee on milestones, deadlines, and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Project Manager/Functional Analyst and the Support Department.
- Motivate, train, and support local teams in using and growing their webshop.
- Contribute actively to the digital future of an international B2B group.
Profile
- You are a motivator, networker, and hands-on doer.

- You are willing to travel within Europe.
- You have experience with e-commerce platforms but are not a programmer.
- Affinity with B2B distribution is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX) and PIM systems (Perfion) is an asset.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business economics, or equivalent through experience.
