The PPG Technics team is responsible for building and maintaining the highest level of technical support for pool builders. The Technics service is part of the customer experience, with a major impact on the overall experience. The team’s overall focus is to deliver high-quality service that is seamless, responsive, proactive and provided with the utmost care to our internal and external customers.
Pollet Pool Group is part of the Pollet Group, which operates in three segments: water treatment, swimming pools and the medical industry. Pollet Water Group brings together 28 companies active in water treatment. Pollet Medical Group consists of a total of 6 specialised medically oriented companies. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You schedule incoming repairs with the technicians in a correct, efficient and logical manner.
- You schedule on-site interventions at the end customer’s premises when PPG products are not functioning as desired and cannot be resolved by the pool builder. To do this, you contact the customer by telephone.
- You complete the repairs in the ERP system according to the established procedures.
- You report to the PPG technical manager.

- Your priority is to strive for efficient planning for both internal repairs and interventions.
- You have a hands-on mentality. You take ownership of emerging problems and help proactively think about how to avoid them in the future.
- You also visit the work floor to take note of the repaired products.
- During busy periods, you maintain an overview and continue to work accurately.
- You fulfil your role with the necessary responsibility.
- You work closely with other colleagues within the team.
- In the event of escalations, you always notify the PPG technical manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- You are a truly flexible administrative assistant who enjoys working in an organised and accurate manner.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You work independently but also enjoy working in a team.
- You have a talent for combining different administrative tasks and know how to set the right priorities.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
