Administrative warehouse worker
About the job
Are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades with a passion for technology and looking for a varied job? Be part of our Pollet Pool Group team, where you will play a crucial role in managing returns and supporting our technicians. So you will be active both in our office and warehouse; the best of both worlds where no two days are the same.
What will you do?
- Processing incoming returns from pool builders and registering them in our ERP system.
- Labelling and placing goods to be repaired in the right place.
- Perform visual inspection to determine whether returned goods can be restocked.
- Prepare work sheets and repair slips for technicians and contact pool builders in case of unclear return reasons.
- Keep track of warranty cases and communicate regularly with pool builders.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of repair quotations.
- Report to Stefanie, the coach of PPG Technics.
Profile
- You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades who works in a clear and orderly manner. Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Your priority is the correct processing and handling of our returns. Both registering them in our ERP system and communicating with our technicians and pool builders are very important here.
- You have a hands-on mentality and work efficiently and solution-oriented.
- At busy times, you maintain an overview and work accurately.
- You work in an office environment as well as at a mobile desk in the warehouse. You strive for clean desk/office/warehouse.
- You are a team player, but you can also work individually for longer periods.
